Abstrakt:	1.Dialkyl-(4,6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinyl) phosphites react with acyl chlorides to form chlorophosphites and 2-acyloxy-4,6-dimethylpyrimidones.2.Arbuzov rearrangement products are formed upon carrying out the reaction in the presence of an organic base.
