1.The IR and Raman spectra of the salts of the N,N'-dinitroalkylenediamines in the solid state and in aqueous solutions show that the frequencies for the vibrations of the nitroamine fragments are practically insensitive to the nature of the Li+, Na+, K+, NH4+, and Mg2+ cations. The Ni2+ cation is an exception.2.The established differences in the IR spectra of the solid samples and the Raman spectra of solutions of the nickel salt and other salts of N,N'-dinitroethylenediamine can be explained by difference in the coordination of the cations. |
