Abstrakt: Conclusions 1.The molecular weight and the polydispersity of aminoalkanethiol and aminoalkylthiophosphate derivatives of dextrans remain practically unchanged in comparison to the original dialdehyde dextran.2The pKa of the thiol group in aqueous solutions of the aminoalkanethiol derivatives of dextran decreases in comparison to the low-molecular-weight aminoalkanethiol as the degree of modification of the dextran is increased at the same molecular weight. The differences between the pKa? of the thiol group in the dextran derivatives and the low-molecular-weight thiol decreases with increasing molecular weight of the dextran at the same degree of modification.
