| Abstrakt: | 1.Thermochromism due to the acid-base characteristics of hydroxy and amino azo compounds was detected in polymeric azo dyes.2.The temperature displacement of the equilibrium of the ionization of the hydroxy or amino groups forms the basis of the thermochromism in weakly alkaline or acidic solutions. |
