Abstrakt:	1.The alcoholysis of amidophosphites byß-ketoalcohols was studied under various conditions.2.It was established that when the reactions are run in the presence of acetic acid the end products are 2-substituted oxa-3-phospholanols. A scheme was proposed for their formation.
