1.The state of carbon monoxide adsorbed on CuO/Al2O3 catalysts which had been thermally treated at 200–350°C and reduced at 150–300°C has been studied by IR spectroscopy.2.Certain bands in the 2090–2180 cm-1 region of the spectrum have been ascribed to various forms of carbon monoxide, some adsorbed on copper and some adsorbed on copper ions in various valence states. |
