1.A study was made of the transformation of amylenes under hydrogen pressure on the cationic forms of zeolites of the faujasite, chabazite, and erionite type.2.Isomerization of the double bond and skeletal isomerization proceed simultaneously with the hydrogenation.3.The double bond in the olefins is apparently shifted mainly on the acid centers of the zeolites, whereas the skeletal isomerization is associated with the hydrogenation reactions. |
