Abstrakt:	1.A study was made of the reaction of cyclopentadienylmanganese tricarbonyl with PCl3 in the presence of AlCl3 in petroleum ether medium.2.The IR and NMR spectra of the obtained complex C5H5Mn(CO)2P(Cl2)C5H4Mn(CO)3 are given.
