Nonglycoside analogs of nucleotides

Abstrakt: 1.Nine analogs of dinucleoside monophosphates were synthesized, which contained 1-(2'-hydroxy-ethyl)uracil, 1-(3'-hydroxypropyl)uracil, and 1-(4'-hydroxybutyl)uracil as the 3' moiety, and as the 5' moiety the natural nucleosides: uridine, cytidine, adenosine, guanosine, and inosine.2.The conformation of the obtained compounds is close to the conformation of the natural dinucleoside monophosphates and is determined mainly by intramolecular association.
