Investigation of the catalytic hydrogenation of disubstituted benzenes and the configurational isomerization of the corresponding cyclohexanes

Abstrakt: 1.The catalyst Ru/Al2O3 manifests high activity in the isomerization of diaminocyclohexanes in aqueous solution at 150–160° and 35 atm of hydrogen; Ru/C is less active.2.In the process of isomerization of cis- and trans-diaminocyclohexane at 130–160°, close to equilibrium mixtures are formed, containing 70% of the trans-form in the case of 1,4-diaminocyclohexane and 85% of the cis-form in the conversion of 1,3-diaminocyclohexane.
