1.The prior chlorination of silicon leads to a reduction in the start of the reaction of silicon with methyl chloride by ~300°.2.The reaction of the chlorinated silicon with methyl chloride leads to a loss in the activity of the silicon surface, which is explained by the consumption of the intermediate products that are formed on the silicon surface during chlorination. A second chlorination of the silicon restores the activity. |
