1.The reaction of 1(3)-O-methyl ethers of 2-acetyl-1,3-cyclohexanediones with ammonia, primary and secondary aliphatic, aromatic, aliphatic-aromatic, and heterocyclic amines gave 3-amino-2-acetyl-2-cyclohexen-1-ones in high yields.2.The reaction of the 1(3)-O-methyl ethers of 2-acetyl-3-cyclohexen-1-ones with hydrazine derivatives opens up the possibility of synthesizing heterocycles of the indazolone series.3.Some of the physicochemical properties of the synthesized enaminodiketones were studied, and it was shown that they exhibit a low reactivity. |
