| Abstrakt: | Conclusions It was shown by the methods of UV, IR, and PMR spectroscopy that 2,3,4,5,6,6- and 2,3,4,4,5,6-hexamethylcyclohexadienones are protonated in strong acids at the carbonyl group, forming the corresponding hydroxyhexamethylbenzenonium ions. |
