| Abstrakt: | Conclusions A description is forwarded of the synthesis of 2-O-(2-acetamido-2-deoxy-ß-D-glucopyranosyl)glycerol and 2-acetamido-3-0-(2-acetamido-2-deoxy-ß-D-glucopyranosyl)-2-deoxy-ß-D-glucopyranose by glycosylation of 1,3-O-benzylideneglycerol and benzyl-2-acetamido-4,6-benzylidene-2-deoxy-ß-D-glucopyranoside, respectively, by 2-methyl-4,5-(3,4,6-tri-O-acetyl-2-deoxy-a-D-glucopyrano)-?2-oxazoline with subsequent elimination of the protective radicals. |
