1.The kinetics of the dehydrogenation of polyacenaphthylene by chloranil in chlorobenzene solution at 160–200° was studied.2.The structural transformations occurring during the process of dehydrogenation of polyacenaphthylene were characterized by the methods of IR and UV spectroscopy.3.Dehydrogenated polyacenaphthylene retains its solubility in hydrocarbons. The content of paramagnetic particles reaches 3.7·1018 per g of the polymer, the electric conductivity (0.17–0.75)·10-12 cm-1 ·sec-1. |
