| Abstrakt: | The reaction of dimethyl-(diethylamino)-silane with ethylene glycol, propane-1,2-diol, butane-1,4-diol, and diethyleneglycol has been studied. The reaction takes place with the evolution of hydrogen and diethylamine and the formation of cyclic ethers of dialkylsilanediols. |
