Abstract: Porine from the outer coat ofY. pseudotuberculosis is shown to be a species-specific agent of pseudotuberculosis. Porine-based enzyme immunoassay permits the detection of antibodies to all serological variants ofY. pseudotuberculosis. The possibility of diagnosing the disease in the early stages of infection is one advantage of the proposed method. |
