| Abstrakt: | The effect of lectins (phytohemagglutinin — PHA, concanavalin A — ConA,Pisum sativumlectin — PSL,Ricinus communislectin — RCL, and pokeweed mitogen — PWM) on the cardiac cholinoceptors is studied in experiments on isolated hearts of maleRana temporariafrogs. The test lectins in concentrations from 10−23to 10−3are shown to exhibit cholinomimetic properties. |
