The casual level of skin surface lipids, serum cholesterol, and serum triglycerides were studied under the influence of a balanced, fatless, synthetic diet (Vivasorb®). In the first half of the testperiod (10 days) carbohydrates consisted of glucose or glucose-oligosaccharides exclusively. A part of the glucose-carbohydrates was changed into fructose in the second half of the testperiod (10 days). |
