Abstrakt: Treatment of 4-methyl-5 -phenyl-3H-1,2-dithiole-3-thione with dicarbomethoxyaceotene gave 2,3,4',5'-tetra-carbomethoxy-5-methyl-6-phenylthiopyran-4-spiro-2'-(1,3-dithiole) whose structure was proved by x-ray investigation.
