| Abstrakt: | The effect of substituents in the furan ring on the dynamics of amidine tautomerism in 1,3-diacetyl-2-(5-R-furfuryl)thioureas is demonstrated. The conformation of 1,3-diacetyl-2-(5-ethoxycarbonylfurfuryl)thiourea was established by x-ray diffraction analysis. |
