Abstrakt:	The reaction of dicyanomethylenecyclopentane and -cyclohexane with dimethylformamide diethylacetal was used to synthesize dieneamino nitriles, from which isoquinoline and 2-pyridine derivatives were obtained by treatment with ammonia. The reaction of 3-aminopyridine and 3-aminoisoquinoline derivatives with ethoxymethylenemalonic ester leads to pyrimido [l,2-b] isoquinoline and -2-pyrindene derivatives.
