| Abstrakt: | A preparative method for the synthesis of 4,5-dihydroxy-7-acetonyl- and 4,5-dihydroxy-7-phenacylbenzofuran derivatives and their oximes is proposed. Catalytic hydrogenation of the latter gave hydrochlorides of 4,5-dihydroxy-7-(2-aminopropyl)- and 4,5-dihydroxy-7-(2-phenyl-2-aminoethyl)benzofurans. |
