Widening of the production of industrial holders and fasteners made of boron-containing steels and the absence of clearly formulated recommendations on regimes of their heat treatment that would ensure a specified level of operating properties require the development of scientifically substantiated approaches to the solution of this problem. The efficiency of fasteners and holders is determined by a combination of their mechanical properties. A change in the heat treatment regime affects each characteristic differently, which complicates experimental determination of optimum heat treatment regimes. In our opinion, a rational approach to the solution of this problem is the creation of mathematical models of the change in the properties of a steel as a function of the technological factors. Such models make it possible to optimize the technological parameters of treatment without conducting additional experiments. |
