The nature of the effect of plastic deformation on heat-resistance properties of steel 15Kh1M1F depends strongly on the original structural state:1)In steel with a ferrite-carbide structure, prior plastic deformation to 10% leads to an increase in stress-rupture strength and a reduction in long-term ductility under the test conditions. Long-term ductility decreases more markedly as the level of prior plastic deformation and test duration increase;b)in steel with a bainitic structure, after prior plastic deformation to 10%, material stress-rupture strength and ductility are reduced, and there is also a shift in the V-shaped curves in the direction of reduced endurance. Minimum values of ductility remain unchanged;c)in both of the test structural states post-deformation tempering at 710–750°C for 1–5 h gives properties close to the original level for deformed metal. |
