Abstrakt: At temperatures up to 1000° and above 1200° the average grain size is weakly dependent on the temperature, but intensive grain growth is observed at 1050–1200°, the grains oriented in rolling bands. On this basis we determined the temperature above which it is recommended these steels not be heated — ~1000°.
