1.Alloyed OKh12S2 steel containing molybdenum, vanadium, niobium, and tungsten together in certain amounts have a much higher heat resistance than that resulting from alloying with these elements individually.2.The optimum amount of molybdenum in OKh12S2 steel is 1.5%; OKh12S2M2 steel acquires its highest resistance with the addition of 0.05–0.1% V; the optimum amount of niobium in OKh12S2M2F steel is 0.4%.3.OKh12S2M2FBV steel containing about 1% W is highly heat resistant at 600° C as the result of the hardening of the solid solution by tungsten and the formation of very small particles of the Laves phase (W, Mo)Fe2, which is highly refractory. |
