Abstrakt: A two-trial procedure examined the importance of stimulus type, presence or absence of the stimuli at the time of choice, and time since presentation of the stimuli in determining the effects of scopolamine. Some rats were required to “switch” response levers on trial 2 to the incorrect trial-1 lever, whereas other rats were required to operate the same lever for both trials. Two sets of trial-1 stimuli were employed for different rats.
