1.A method is proposed making it possible to evaluate the structural strength of thin-walled cryogenic welded vessels of aluminum alloys AMg6 and D20 from laboratory test results for sheet metal and welded joint specimens at extremely low temperature.2.The study carried out showed that thermal strengthening of aluminum alloys AMg6 and D20 is maintained even under the action of complex structural and technological factors, and may be taken into account during selection of structural dimensions for thin-walled welded cryogenic vessels. |
