Abstrakt: 1.The optimum wear resistance is exhibited by ZhF material produced under the following conditions: T=950°C, P=10 kg/cm2, and t=2 h.2.With the existing method of joining friction linings to carrier plates, the best design properties are exhibited by frictional components produced under the following conditions: T=1030°C, P=10 kg/cm2, and t=2h.3.To obtain an optimum combination of wear resistance and design properties in frictional components lined with ZhF material, an attempt should be made to develop a method of joining linings to carrier plates which does not require sintering at T=1030°C.
