Abstrakt: 1.The possibility of using alkylphenols produced in the presence of an aluminosilicate catalyst for the synthesis of alkylsalicylate additives was demonstrated.2.In the alkylation of phenol by a-olefins of normal structure (240–320°C fraction) in the presence of benzenesulfonic acid and an alumionosilicate catalyst, alkylphenols of the same structure are formed: o-, p-, m-alkylphenols and 2,6- and 2,4-dialkylphenols.3.The composition of the alkylphenols obtained in the presence of benzenesulfonic acid and the aluminosilicate catalyst is practically the same.
