1.We have determined the composition of associated hydrate—gas phases in the systems: a) iso-C4H8 + C3H8 + iso-C4H10 + H2O; b) iso-C4H8 + C3H8 + iso-C4H10 + C3H6 + H2O, at temperatures T1=+0.65°C and T2=+1.20°C.2.We have constructed the diagrams characterizing (for both temperatures) the dependence of the equilibrium constant Kcg of isobutene, propane, propene, and isobutane, in the systems indicated above, on the pressure, and also the isothermal (for T=+0.65°C) diagram P -X for the system iso-C4H8 + (C3H8+iso-C4H10) + H2O.3.We have obtained a mixed hydrocarbon hydrate with a maximum content of isobutene (at T= +0.65°C and P=1.36 atm) of 82.5 vol. %, while this is simultaneously present in the equilibrium gas phase at a concentration of 66.2 vol.%.4.The method of graphical extrapolation has been used to find for T1=+0.65°C and T2=+1.20°C the values of the equilibrium pressure for the postulated isobutene hydrate, the values being P1=1.18 atm and P2=1.33 atm respectively. For this temperature range an equation has been obtained.5.The heat of evaporation of isobutene hydrate has been calculated as ?=34864 cal/mole (±5%). |
