Conclusions Additional information concerning the identity of organophosphorus insecticides may be obtained using the hydrolysis procedures described in this paper. A variety of conditions were used to produce the most favorable hydrolysis. Limitations encountered in other methods have been largely eliminated through improved conditions of hydrolysis and the use of a more efficient gas chromatographic system for resolving trialkyl phosphates. |
