Abstrakt: Conclusions 1.An exact solution has been found for the stochastic differential equation with variable coefficients and periodically nonstationary right side, describing the natural and flicker noises of a transistor in the hf region in the large signal regime.2.A computer has been used to calculate normalized noise coefficients, with the aid of which the energy spectra of transistor fluctuations are easily calculated using the equivalent circuit and a selected operating regime. Results of these calculations may be used to study fluctuations in various transistor circuits (power amplifiers, oscillators, mixers, etc.).3.Two applications of the normalized noise coefficients for analysis of fluctuations in hf transistor oscillators have been considered. The contributions of individual noise components to amplitude fluctuations have been determined. The phase diffusion coefficients of vacuum tube and transistor oscillators have been compared, and it has been shown that the transistor produces a significantly wider spectral line.
