1.A method was developed for determining certain mechanical properties of a biopolymer in simple tension with consideration of their inhomogeneities.2.Speckle holography is a prospective contactless experimental method of determining displacements at any point of a specimen of biotissue.3.The use of speckle holography makes it possible to eliminate the effect of clamps when determining mechanical properties. |
