1.Based on experimental studies of the mechanical, electrical, and thermophysical properties of composites based on PTFE and carbon fillers (coke and graphite) with a different volume concentration, the presence of a threshold concentration of filler for which the mechanical and electrical properties of the composites change sharply was established; the dependence of the value of the TCF on the dispersion of the filler and the significant decrease in the TCF with an increase in the dispersion was revealed.2.As a result of studying the volt-ampere characteristics of the composites, it was experimentally confirmed that the mechanism of conductivity in these materials is due to the formation of a spatial network from filler particles in direct contact.3.The adequate dependence of the electric and thermal conductivity of composites of FC and FG on the concentration of filler was experimentally established.4.A new conducting polymeric composite material with a high admissible temperature of use, which has an effect of self-regulation of the heating temperature in resist heaters, was developed. |
