1.An operational method of computing the errors generated by slave mechanisms of multicoordinate winding machines is proposed, and the effect of the parameters of coordinate gears of reinforcing manipulators on the accuracy of the processing of typical programmed motions analyzed.2.Equations are derived for the relation between gear-generated errors and the error on the surface of the article being formed. It is shown in this case that for each specific winding regime, the vector error of the coordinate defines rather well the magnitude of the surface error. As a rule, the latter does not exceed the error at any of the coordinates, if the free segment of the material between the points of convergence and tangency does not introduce a significant lag.3.An algorithm of the adaptive control of the slave mechanisms of reinforcing manipulators is synthesized, and a numerical evaluation of its effectiveness is made. |
