A qualitative and numerical analysis of the solution of a system of nonlinear partial differential equations describing the kinetics of photoinitiated polymerization with one-sided illumination of a planar layer of viscous photopolymerizing composition is given. An equation of the integral rate of the process, expressed in units of contraction of the layer, that can be compared with experimental data is proposed. |
