A diagram method of computing the conductivity tensor is applied to systems with narrow conduction bands, which include many organic semiconductors. The calculation is based on the nodal representation, which is more applicable to systems with low mobilities. The small-time approximation is considered as an example. The infinite set of diagrams corresponding to the semiclassical approximation previously discussed is chosen, evaluated, and summed. The results may be applied in the analysis of experimental data on organic semiconductors. |
