| Abstrakt: | A photocatalytic after-effect of visible and UV light in isobutene oxidation to acetone on immobilized vanadium oxide catalysts has been established. It is ascribed to the formation of labile active sites from coordinatively unsaturated V(V) compounds upon irradiation. |
