The existence of an isokinetic relation in the reaction series of N(o-aryl)imides of cis-4-cyclohexene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid (cis-4-CHDA) has been examined to prove the uniformity of the mechanism of their reaction with hexachlorocyclopentadiene (HCP). The mean isokinetic temperature found by correlations from various relations is 558±15 K. |
