Abstrakt:	Summary B-HT 920, a selective DA autoreceptor agonist, reduced motor activity in rats. Chronic, but not acute, treatment with imipramine (IMI) reversed this effect. The mechanism by which chronic IMI reverses the B-HT 920 effect is discussed.
