| Abstrakt: | A new angiographic sign for cerebellar tonsillar herniation, which is demonstrated on anteroposterior roentgenograms is described. This sign consists of stretching of the hemispheric branches of the PICA that are pulled down toward the edge of the foramen magnum. |
