| Abstrakt: | We read with interest the review article by Paul V Knight and Alan McKenzie on diabetes in the elderly. They highlight the fact that close examination of the feet or fundoscopy is often not performed. We have audited the care of elderly diabetic patients on our acute wards using the BGS guidline for diabetic care. |
