Abstrakt: Conclusions 1.In androgen-sterile rats given 10–250 µ TP in the early postnatal perid, upon sexual maturation there was a decrease in hypothalamic LH-RF, in hypophyseal and blood LH, in ovarian weight and number of corpora lutea, and in blood testosterone and progesterone; there was an increase in the dopamine level of the anterior hypothalamus.2.Clomiphene administration for 5 days to androgen-sterile rats, particularly to rats given earlier 10 µ TP, Ied to a normalization of these indices and to the onset of ovulation.3.Short-term clomiphene administration to androgen-sterile rats (5 days), as well as prolonged administration (1 month), restored the capacity for pregnancy.
