Optic disc drusen and central vein occlusion

Abstrakt: The blind and painful right eye of a 34-year-old woman with the Sturge-Weber syndrome had to be enucleated on account of keratitis e lagophthalmo. Histopathological examination revealed drusen of the optic disc, which had caused central retinal vein occlusion.
