Potential-dependent calcium channels in neurons from mollusks of varying ages

Abstrakt: It was shown that with holding potentials (Eh) ranging from -50 to -30 mV the amplitudes of the incoming calcium current of identified neurons of the small parietal ganglion are significantly higher in elderly (20–24 month) Lymnaea stagnalis mollusks than in adult (10–12 months) ones.
