Interrupted aortic arch with a right descending aorta and right ductus arteriosus, causing severe right bronchial compression

Abstrakt: Summary We report here a patient with interrupted aortic arch and a right descending aorta, in whom the surgical management was complicated by the development of right bronchus compression and unilateral emphysema, due to the presence of the right ductus arteriosus.
