| Abstrakt: | Two new species of the genus Parotosuchus, (Family Capitosauridae) with semi-closed otic notches, from the Denwa Formation, Satpura Gondwana Basin, India are described from well preserved, complete skulls. Capitosaurids from India were known from fragmentary material only. The relationship among the two new species and other related forms is briefly discussed. |
