Abstrakt: Abstract: Wilms’ tumor or nefroblastoma is one of the most common abdominal neoplasms during childhood, most of them arise from the kidney. Extrarenal tumors are rare and most commonly are seen in literature as case reports. In this report we present two cases of extrarenal Wilms’ tumors arising at the uterine cervix. Diagnosis of extrarenal Wilms’ tumor is made after surgery. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice, some cases may not need adjuvant treatment and others will progress even though aggressive treatment is given. These two cases reveal the spectrum of the disease.
